Jon Claude, building your hub
Step One

We talk.

You tell me about your business: what kinds of events you do, where you're located, what makes you different from other caterers, what your current sales process looks like. Do you have a portfolio of past events? A menu I can look at? I want to understand your vibe and what you need the website to do.

If you're in Connecticut, I'll come meet you in person. Otherwise, we'll do a video call. No sales pitch, no pressure. Just a conversation about what a hub for you would look like.

Step Two

I build it.

Your branding: I'll use your colors, your logo, your photos (or I'll shoot new ones if you need them). The site will feel like your business, not a template.

Your menu: Whatever format you have today — a PDF catering menu, photos from your Instagram, a Google Doc, a handwritten list — I'll import it. The website shows your full menu in an organized, beautiful way.

Your content: Pages for your story, your venue options, your philosophy. An event gallery showing what you've done. A lead form so prospects can reach you.

Timeline: Most sites go live in 2–4 weeks from our first call, depending on how much content needs to be created or shot.

Step Three

You run it.

Leads come in: When someone fills out your lead form on the website, you get notified immediately — by email, with all their details.

Your subscription covers: Hosting, email notifications, mobile optimization, updates when things change. If you need to update a menu price or add new photos, I handle it.

No IT person required: You don't have to maintain anything. No software to update, no security patches, no backups to worry about. It just works.

I'm available: When you want to add a page, change your colors, shoot new photos, or add a feature — you just ask. That's part of the subscription.
